A Three Year Old Star That Shines and Shines
How many three-year-olds are there that can remember a choreographed routine and have absolutely no problem getting in front of a screaming audience to perform?
The answer is not too many but there is at least one and that is Roxy Brennan.
Out Comes Roxy

The stage drop is black twinkling with stars, the audience is full of energy and as soon as Roxy Brennan is introduced as the next dancer the crowd welcomes her on with large roars of encourgagement.
Out comes this little tiny girl that you can see is just bursting with energy and ready to give it her all.
On The Mark

She knows exactly where she is to begin and she immediately gets herself into position.
Off and Dancing

Right on cue with the music and the biggest smile, Roxy launches into her routine. Even though she has not gone into any dance maneuvers as yet there is something special about this first moment. The pretty color of her dress is fitting for a Princess. Her glowing face almost glows more than the stars on the backdrop. But most of all it is the happiness that she is expressing about being in the spotlight for about what is to come.
Her Routine

Roxy goes through a series of routines and seems to be confident in remembering what comes next. She is using the music as her cues which all dancers do. However for a three-year-old that is pretty remarkable.
Footing, Twists and Turns

There are a lot of different foot moves that she must make as well as twists and turn, and flips. She does each of them with as much energy as she started. She is fighting a little with balance but every time she sways a bit she gets herself right back on track. She lets nothing interfere with her concentration.
The Face Expressions

With everything she has to remember you might think that she would forget to add the facial expressions to sync with the music. But not Roxy. She was right on cue.
Speed Up In Tempo

As the song moves into the next temp Roxy moves right along with it. She has a look on her face that almost says โlook out world here I come.โ
A Beautiful Ending

As her move comes to an end where she has to lay down she transitions into like a natural. She calmly lays there soaking in the cheers of the audience. One would think that now the routine is over she would be on her feet immediately. However, she knows her job is not done until the music has completely ended.
A Bow

Then onto her feet she gets, gives a quick bow and skips off the stage.
Her Performance
Roxy was performing to A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes (From the Cinderalla soundtrack) sung by artist Lily James.
Her routine was choreographed by Jesse Beaudoin, C&C Dance Company.
Roxyโs Future
After seeing this many may wonder about Roxyโs future. Quite often with little dancers like this after the first year or two, they drop out. The good news is that Roxy has several other youtube videos for the following years after this one in 2017.
Well done Roxy! You really did dance like a Princess.
