At first, there’s a young man playing piano in the middle of the mall with an older man leaning against the wall listening as he plays. People casually pass, then the two switch places and the older man takes a seat at the piano.
The older man is quite the piano player, he immediately starts playing a piece from the classic children’s movie, Mary Poppins. The young man was very impressed, it’s not an easy song to play. People keep passing by until a crowd gathers and a little baby girl dances to the music.
There are actually two adorable little girls in the video, the first one is hilarious and the second, just downright cute.
If you really pay attention to the video, there are actually two little girls that react to music playing. The first girl comes into the camera view at 1:05, her mother and she are walking hand in hand as she stares at the piano. When they get a little further, she breaks out into a hilarious dance, shuffling her feet like a cartoon character.
After the first hilarious little girl is out of the frame, the camera angle switches and there’s a crowd gathered to listen. A lady in the crowd has a baby girl who’s barely a toddler, and she is mesmerized by the music.
The adorable toddler walks right up to the man on the piano and dances slowly to the Mary Poppins music.
At first, the mother is holding the baby, swaying back and forth to the music, When she decides to put the little girl down to walk for her self, she darts right up to the musician on the keys and starts dancing.
The little girl bounces to the music, clapping her hands and stomping her feet. She steals the show, proving to us, 2-year-olds can have rhythm. The music continues to play, and the young girl can’t stop dancing!
The little girl runs around in excitement over the music, she absolutely loves it!
The man on the piano played the difficult Mary Poppins song with ease. Thanks to the brilliant music and theatrics of a baby, the video went viral with over 1.7 million views! I’m sure when he sat down to play the piano, he had no idea a baby dancing would make him an internet sensation.
