You would never expect to have a full-on conversation with a toddler. The most they can do is eat, sleep, and go to the bathroom. If you were to try and start an intellectual conversation, the most you’d probably get would be some drool or a little giggle.
But have you ever tried watching a television show and then having an entire conversation about it with a toddler? This particular father did, and the result is absolutely adorable.
Like we said, most babies can’t talk… But this one has a hold on it.
Shanieke Pryor recently shared a video of her child having an entire conversation with his father about the finale of a TV show.
The video has earned 31 million views. It shows the toddler pointing at the TV screen and saying things (that are slightly gibberish) back and forth with his dad, who continues to share his thoughts on the show.
Everyone who has seen the video has been freaking out over how insanely cute it is.
As the two sit on the couch, they engage in a full-fledged conversation.
“Only this child!! Having a full-fledged conversation with Daddy and Daddy is just as bad,” Ms. Pryor said in the post on Facebook.
His dad then asks,”Did you understand it though?” and the boy even responds, looking like he said he did not understand.
Whenever you think it is about to end, the two keep going. And as the conversation continues, they become more and more animated.
“That’s what I was wondering because I don’t know what they are going to do next season because they did some stuff this time,” the father said as his son continued to chat.
“We think a lot alike,” his father says at the end of the video.
It was clearly a very sweet moment for the father who enjoyed it very much. Getting to chat with your children — especially at such a young age — is so rewarding! And it’s cute as heck.
