It may be a tale as old as time, but it’s one that remains timeless, nonetheless. Originally penned as a French fairy-tale in 1740, Beauty and the Beast became a favorite among 90s kids everywhere with the release of Disney’s animated movie.
Since then, girls around the world have been dreaming of a fairy-tale wedding of their own.
According to the photographers and videographers of Shoot for the Style, Beauty and the Beast-themed weddings are their most popular requests. Recently, when the live-action version of the fairy-tale was set to come out, photographer Raelyn Martellino teamed up with Baldwin Bridal and Events and Sylver Weddings and Events to create a Beauty and the Beast wedding shoot that has taken the internet by storm.
The photos were taken at Pala Mesa Resort in Fallbrook, California. Martellino included tons of tiny details to really bring the magic to life.
The bride’s dress put a modern twist on Belle’s iconic yellow gown.

And nods to favorite characters, like Chip, Lumiere and Cogsworth.
As you can imagine, Disney fans went crazy for Martellino’s modern and elegant take on the classic cartoon. “I already have brides asking me for inspiration,” she said. “I even have one who is planning a big ‘Beauty and the Beast’ adult birthday party.”
As mentioned, hosts of the online show Shoot for the Style said Beauty and the Beast weddings have become their most requested theme.
