Being the star of the litter, it wasn’t hard to find a new home for Cinnamon. She now lives with a great family and three doggie companions.

Stranger Looks

Cinnamon’s ears are different, but oh so cute. Other dogs have had some ear deformities that are really quite strange.

Winston had a hematoma on his ear that made it look huge; it was so swollen. The hematoma in this case had to be surgically drained.

Daliso was a pup who faced the risk of being euthanized at one day old because he was born with a cleft pallet.

A rescue couple saved him from this fate and spent weeks on saving his life, which meant tube feeding and being in oxygen for several hours a day. He beat the odds and survived and is one of the most adorable pups ever even more so with the big ears that he ended up with.

Multiple Bumps

This dog was discovered by a rescue team called “Claw” ( Community Led Animal Welfare) that visits other countries to try and help animals in need. The dogs’ ears were covered in bumps as well as their eyes. At first, it was thought to be a disease or infection. Neither was the case.

The bumps were ticks.

The Dog With A Second Mouth

Strange things can happen to humans and animals like what happened with Toad. Toad was born with a second mouth, but it was located in his ear. The mouth does have some teeth, and it creates saliva like a normal mouth would do. For the most part, she is pain-free, but a few of the teeth from the second mouth had to be removed. This deformity has deformed the skull as some of the teeth appear to be attached to the skull. Overall aside from this, Toad seems to be a normal fun-loving dog.

So when it comes to ears in dogs, one just never knows how aesthetically perfect they will be.
