In our times, it is a rarity to hear that a human is conscious enough to remember someone’s kindness, let alone repaying for it.

But an adopted boy from a poor district in the Philippines has proved to be too clear in his moral judgment.

A truly remarkable act of thankfulness and moral integrity.

Jayvee still remembers very well the days when he was young and how his adopted parents, Nanay and Tatay, managed to do everything they could for him.

“I was 3 months old when Nanay and Tatay adopted me,” Jayvee told Bored Panda. “Life was very difficult. I had to be working as a student, and we were happy if Na got to make 2 meals a day. On top of that, we lived in a 20-square-meters (215 square foot) apartment.”

Jayvee’s adopted parents lived in a slum-like home in the Philippines. When they took him as their adopted son, the family didn’t have much to provide, except pure love and care.

But even in these harsh circumstances, Jayvee was committed to climbing higher into the social ladder with only one dream in his mind – give his adopted parents their dream home.

Since the path to success is generally rugged, it did take a while for Jayvee to gather enough resources for the dream home, a feat which he eventually achieved.

“Nanay is a vendor, Tatay is a porter,” Jayvee wrote in his Facebook post. “Now that I have the chance to give back to them, I will make sure they will live their dreams better than what they could ever imagine.”

The mansion-in-question here is a grand luxurious home that has 7 bedrooms and packed with almost every luxury a homeowner can possibly wish for.

“I paid for the house in cash and it was built in a year. It has 7 bedrooms, and we didn’t bring anything from the old place except the TV I bought for my family as a Christmas gift earlier.”
