People from New York to Hawaii have built livable homes that are surrounded by the forest high up in trees.

The “Secluded Intown Treehouse” is touted as Airbnb’s “#1 most wished-for listing worldwide.” It consists of three structures that are connected by rope bridges and offers seclusion, peace, and oneness with nature. It’s close to the city and has WiFi! You can rent this place for $375 in 2018 on Airbnb here.
Carmel, New York
The “Treehouse Lovenest” is with an hour and a half from New York City, was recently renovated, and includes two bedrooms, a sunny living space, high ceilings, and a deck.
You can rent it here for $214 a night.
Fern Forest, Hawaii
The “Dreamy Tropical Treehouse” sits on 15-foot stilts in the middle of a jungle. It’s built from eco-friendly materials and systems and is beautifully modern and luxurious on the inside. You can rent it for $200 per night from Airbnb here.
Los Angeles, California
This pad is L.A. all the way with its open space layout and breathtaking 360 views of the city. It has even served as a backdrop for photo shoots with Kate Hudson and Miranda Kerr. Rent it out for $700 a night here.
Monteagle, Tennessee
The “The Hummingbird” lies on a seven-acre property. It includes one bedroom that sleeps four and one bathroom with a country style shower. It also has a hot tub for ultra relaxation. You can nab this gorgeous getaway for $105 a night here.
Argyle, New York
The “Whispering Wind Treehouse” is a rustic treehouse that lies underneath a cozy canopy of trees. The property’s Airbnb description makes it sound like something out of a fairytale.
