Adam Collier-Woods was on eBay one day when he saw a old decommissioned double-decker bus on sale. Adam wasn’t particularly sure what he would do with a double-decker bus, yet he decided to buy it anyways. No one could’ve seen what he was about to do with it next…

Here at Shareably, we see people from all around the world transforming old mobile vehicles into homes. I have to admit, however, that I haven’t seen such a significant transformation like this before. Once Adam received his bus, he started discovering how many problems there were — the floors were rotten and the windows were leaky and were irreparable. Also, the walls would need to be insulated. Being a carpenter, Adam knew that it would require a lot of hard work in order to pull off this transformation.

So piece by piece, Adam started taking apart his double-decker bus and transforming it. I’ll admit, I had no idea what to expect at the end. How could a bus so derelict be ever transformed into a living arrangement? I guess I underestimated how determined Adam was, because when I saw the end result, I was blown away. Curious to see what the end result looks like? Check out the video below to see the transformation in action.

Adam now rents out his double decker bus house, or what he calls the big green bus. If you want to find out more, be sure to check out Adam’s website here.
