Wrap Potatoes And Cheese In Foil And Place It In A Crock Pot For A Meal Your Family Will Love

Psst. I have a secret for you. The easiest and most delicious potatoes I’ve ever made involve the use of a crockpot slow cooker. Don’t believe me? You definitely need to try this recipe for cheesy bacon ranch potatoes yourself!

To start you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 3 pounds of chopped red potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped chives

First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Then, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spread bacon in a single layer on the baking sheet and place it in the oven until the bacon is brown and crispy. Let the bacon cool before crumbling. Now, line a slow cooker with aluminum foil and coat it with nonstick cooking spray. Place a layer of potatoes evenly throughout the slow cooker and top it with cheese, ranch seasoning, and the bacon you baked. Save a 1/2 cup of cheese for later.

Now cover the potatoes with aluminum foil and place the cover on the slow cooker. Cook on low heat for around 7-8 hours or on high heat for around 3-4 hours.

After you’re done cooking, sprinkle the cheese you saved directly on the potatoes and cover and cook until the cheese melts.

Garnish with chives and serve immediately. Don’t these potatoes look simply scrumptious?
